What forms of payment do you accept? We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
How is my order shipped? All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL and United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail.
When will my order be shipped? In-stock items are generally shipped within 48 hours. If there is a problem with your order you will receive an email with details as soon as possible. Onced shipped you will be sent an email with the tracking number. Any order placed between Firday 12:00 PM (PST) and Sunday will be processed on Monday and will ship on Monday or Tuesday.
Can I track my order? Once your item is shipped, we will email a UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS tracking number, depending on the type of shipping selected.
What can I expect after my order is placed? You will receive a total of 3 emails. The first one is an invoice, the second is letting you know we are processing your order and the third one tells you when we delivered the package to the shipper. The last email will also include a tracking number so you can follow your delivery progress.
What is PremierGIftIdeas.com return policy? PremierGiftIdeas.com's goal is to exceed your expectations. We promise to do everything possible to ensure you are thrilled with your experience. Any unopened gift can be returned within 3 days of receipt of gift and all refunds are issued as store credits to be used on your next purchase. Can my order be shipped to a PO BOX? Due to the contents of some of the products, only some items can be shipped to a PO Box. Please email us at support@premiergiftideas.com or call us at (866) 505-2077 to find out more.
Can I ship my order outside the United States? Unfortunately at this time we only ship our products within the United States. Although a few can be shipped to Canada. Please email us at support@premiergiftideas.com or call us at (866) 505-2077 to find out more.
Other Shipping Information. PremierGiftIdeas.com is bound to the rules and regulations of each carrier. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the actual delivery time it may take to be delivered. We declare that once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier that liability of the package no longer lies with PremierGiftIdeas.com or TIGindustries Inc. We are therefore not liable for lost or stolen merchandise. PremierGiftIdeas will not refund or reship any package that has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier even if recipient claims non-receipt. It is possible that the package was left with neighbors, behind a bush, in the garage, between the doors etc. We suggest that the recipient contact the delivering carrier to verify where parcel was placed. |
